  3. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed, worn or unwrapped in any way will not qualify.

  4. Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

  5. Orders returned after 7 days will not be funded.

  6. Not the style you were looking for we will  exchange it to something else for you ? No problem! Just send it back to us, and we will send out your requested style.

  7. We do not refund shipping charges.
